English is the medium of study at Adhiroha. We teach in a basic level of English, since many of our students come from non-English speaking countries.

Yes. You will be provided with a Yoga Teacher Training Manual which includes theory and practical aspects. You will also receive an optional list of additional/recommended reading books during the course, which you can purchase from the local bookstore.

We take a limited number of students in every batch, so that each student gets complete and undivided attention.

There will be a written exam on the last day before the certification ceremony. Each student will also participate in a practical assessment, conducting a demo class. Evaluation of candidates is structured to meet the standards of Adhiroha.

At Adhiroha, we provide all the yoga accessories and props that are required during your training program.

The taxi will be ready as soon as you arrive. Transportation is arranged for every individual student. However, if someone is travelling on the same mode of transportation at the same time, or within a period of maximum up to 15 minutes as you are, then we will arrange the transportation together.

We do provide the facility of currency exchange to our students on request.

Rishikesh & Goa are extremely famous among international travellers and tourists. Foreigners travel to this place throughout the year. Locals are extremely helpful and welcoming. At Adhiroha, the premises are safe for every student. The entire premises are under CCTV surveillance.

We do try our best to offer delicious food during your stay. Students who are lactose/gluten intolerant will be provided food according to their dietary needs. Please inform Management about the same upon your arrival.

The standard electrical connection in India is 220V, with 3-pin round sockets.

Upon successful completion of your chosen (200/300/500-Hour) YTTC, you will be awarded a prestigious Adhiroha Certificate.

In the event of an unavoidable exigency, Adhiroha, at its discretion, will permit the student to attend another scheduled program within a 6-month period. You can modify your registration to a different time or program provided we are informed two months in advance of the commencement of the program. The registration/program fees are non-refundable and can be duly adjusted to another training of your choice.

Yes, you will be qualified to teach upon graduation. Graduates of Adhiroha are issued with the certificate to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) as per the level of certification (200/300/500-Hour).

Once a week during the training period is a day off from classes. You can visit the local market, arrange an Ayurvedic body massage, go shopping, or just stay back and relax at the ashram. We will provide local information for these activities, on request.

We strongly encourage all our yoga practitioners to complete the program with full dedication and attend the graduation ceremony. In case of unavoidable circumstances, if you have to leave before the day of completion, please inform us ahead of time regarding the same.
