If you already hold a 200 hour certificate, the 300 Hour YTT is your path: thirty days of advanced work that stacks on your foundation and completes the RYT 500 standard. If you hold nothing yet and already know this practice will become your vocation, the 500 Hour YTT gives you the whole journey — foundation and advanced — in one continuous sixty-day arc, with no prerequisite.
02What Changes at the Advanced Level
The 300 hour course assumes you can hold a class, and spends its thirty days pushing your edges: advanced asana, deeper pranayama and bandha work, the subtle anatomy of the energy body, and sequencing that reads a room and adjusts on the spot. Philosophy matures too — you stop quoting the Sutras and start teaching from them.

03The Case for the 500 in One Arc
Sixty continuous days on campus does something two separate courses cannot: the practice settles into your bones. There is no gap between levels where momentum leaks away, no re-arrival, no re-adjustment. You move from your very first posture into confident, independent teaching in a single unbroken story — and you leave as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the highest standard, RYT 500.
