It is necessary to complete your 200 Hour YTTC before you enrol for 300 Hour YTTC.
500 Hour YTTC is an integration of 200 Hour YTTC and 300 Hour YTTC. This program is suitable for the students who wants to build a career in the field of Yoga. 2 months of rigorous practice at Adhiroha will change your perspective towards yoga and life.
After successfully completing the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, students are eligible to teach and train others as per Yoga Alliance standards.
However, Adhiroha sincerely advices all its students to invest 4-6 months of dedicated time into self practice and exploring the field of yoga before you start teaching.
