In yoga it says that, you do not need motivation to follow this journey because motivation will keeps on changing every moment rather you need to be disciplined. If a person is discipline, he/she will accomplish the goals of life. It says one needs to follow certain practices for 20 days to break the habit and follow the same practices for another 20 days to make the habit.
Few people says that we have a strong set of guidelines in Adhiroha. Yes, that’s true because we are committed towards our work and dedicated enough towards our students to contribute in changing their lives.
Our premises and program demands a certain level of commitment and dedication. To successfully complete the yogic journey in Adhiroha, Student needs to be discipline throughout the training period by being respectful for the Ashram's living guidelines. The ultimate idea behind having the code of conduct is to provide a lifetime experience to the students of Adhiroha.
Student can pay the balance of the fee in Cash or through Credit Card. We accept the following currency if paying in cash: INR/USD/Euros/Pounds/Australian Dollars/ Canadian Dollars. If paying through credit card: Bank transaction charge of 3% will be applicable.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
We inculcate the values of Yoga through consistent practice of yoga conduct. Hence, classes are held from Thursday to Tuesday and students must stay in the premises throughout this period.
Wednesday is a rest day, signed up for restoring energy. Yoga learners are allowed to spend their day off-campus. Please note daily gate closing time is 09:00 PM IST.
90% attendance in all classes is mandatory.

Upon non compliance of the below guidelines, Student will be disbarred from the course immediately. No excuses or reasoning will be entertained.
Students should not wear clothes like shorts, sleeveless tops or crop tops, backless tops in the premises.
No Hugging or Kissing inside the premises. At Adhiroha social way of greeting is ‘Aum Namaha Shivaya’ with Namaste mudra.
Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, smoking or coming to the campus intoxicated is strictly prohibited. Consumption of drugs or intoxication inducing substances can cause not only dismissal from the program but also will be subjected to legal action from local police.
No harassment, proposals or innuendos with a sexual connotation will be tolerated during the course or stay or any activity organised by the management/school. Any guest or student who feels he/she is a victim of unsolicited advances or any other form of sexual harassment is advised to notify the management immediately so that corrective action can be ensured without any delay.
