During your teacher training you will explore Mantra yoga (The science of sound Vibrations) which will engage the mind through focusing on sound, duration and number of repetitions. The practice of mantra yoga creates positive vibrations that benefit both the one who chants and the one who listens. These vibrations helps calm the mind, improve concentration and attain focused mind.

It is said that all forms of matter – including our body’s cells – vibrate at different frequencies. Sound healing is a practice that uses vibrations (vocal or instrumental-like gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks) in order to relax your mind and body. A gong bath meditation is a relaxing and blissful experience where you bathe in the healing waves of gong sound.
